About

I’ve spent 28 years in technology and operations leadership, most of it in public service. I’m a U.S. Army veteran of the Military Intelligence Corps, and my career has carried through the Department of Veterans Affairs, state public health, the Department of Homeland Security, and today the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

At the OCC I work in Enterprise IT Operations Management as the ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management architect and platform owner, supervising the platform team. Together we grew ServiceNow from an IT-only tool into an enterprise “Everything as a Service” platform, taking service management beyond IT to business functions across the agency.

Before the OCC, I advised federal clients as a senior IT consultant, led Enterprise End-User Services as a branch chief in the USCIS Office of Information Technology, ran infrastructure and systems operations for the Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade, and served as an HR IT assistant at the VA Medical Center in Miami.

The through-line is dependable service: service desk and end-user support, incident and problem management, IT governance, and process redesign, grounded in ITIL, security discipline, and hands-on infrastructure from Active Directory to the ServiceNow platform.
